Internal Medicine Associates was recently placed in the Top Tier out of 113 Primary Care Medical Groups in the Upstate New York Market. Our practice utilizes electronic medical record technology, e-prescribing and health information exchange to improve the quality of patient care by making clinical data readily available and offering decision support. Since 2009, our physicians have participated in all health quality assessment programs through the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid, including the Physician Quality Reporting System (PQRS), Electronic prescribing (eRx), Electronic Health Records (EHR) Meaningful Use program and Chronic Care Management.
